My journey began with a deep love for visual art—exploring mediums like watercolor, printmaking, web design, photography, and videography. Once I began my career, I realized that strategy and metrics were missing from my creative process. This insight drove me to explore how the things we create can have a real impact.
 

My career then took me into Business Analysis and Delivery Lead roles, where I collaborated with users, developers, architects, and product owners to plan and deliver software. I thrived on understanding user needs, leveraging data to guide development, and working closely with teams to bring solutions to life. However, I later found myself drawn again to the aspects of design.

This passion led me to the world of User Experience, where I blend analytical skills with creativity to craft user-centered solutions. I’m driven by curiosity and a deep interest in understanding human behavior and how thoughtful design can inspire change. I'm especially passionate about social impact and believe that well-designed tools have the power to enhance lives and make a positive difference in the world.
