UX Research & Design
This project, developed as part of Google’s UX Design course, dives into the customer journey of purchasing bouquets. I created a user-friendly app design that simplifies the shopping experience, making it easy for customers to explore, select, and buy floral arrangements.
UX Research
Navigating ethical purchasing can be daunting, with challenges in validating information and finding genuinely authentic products. This research delves into user behaviors and pain points, offering insights on how digital products can empower users to make informed, ethical choices throughout their buying journey.
Business Analysis/User Journey
The user journey for Charlotte Family Housing (CFH) involved assessing their current donor and volunteer management processes with the help of Bank of America volunteers. The volunteers conducted a detailed analysis to identify inefficiencies and then researched and recommended a new, unified data management system. This solution streamlined CFH's operations, improved data accuracy, reduced manual work, and enhanced staff satisfaction. The new system is expected to save time, lower costs, and provide better analytics to strengthen relationships with donors and volunteers. You can read more here.
UX Research & Design
Wish-cycling, the act of recycling non-recyclable items with good intentions, is a widespread issue that undermines the effectiveness of recycling programs. Studies reveal that a significant portion of recycled materials never make it through the process. This project dives into the root causes of recycling misinformation and explores how design and technology can drive social change, making recycling more effective and accessible for everyone.
